MOST POPULAR QUESTIONS

  • How can I tell if OMG is on my phone?

There is no way to detect OMG once installed.

  • How do I access the SMS, Call Logs, Voice Recordings, Email and Location Tracking information?

Login to your account to see all your captured information. Don’t forget  your UserID and Password. From your account you can review and manage all the captured data. You can also download the information as well as control and modify all the settings and functions on the phone remotely.

1 Product and Features

How do I use SpyCall / remote listening?

You set a special Monitor number in OMG.   When a call comes into OMG from this number, the microphone will secretly switch on and you will hear whatever the phone hears (conversations in the room, etc.). If the phone is in use or the user presses a key, the SpyCall is disconnected immediately to maintain discretion.
*Note: SpyCall and Intercept Call are otherwise normal network phone calls to the Target, which OMG! automatically answers without ringing or vibrating, without showing any Caller ID and without keeping any records in the call logs. Please mute the mic from your Monitor phone to avoid possible detection.
Do not block Caller ID when making a SpyCall from your predefined Monitor number, or OMG will not know when to answer as a SpyCall. Also, calls through a PBX, calling cards, Skype and other VOIP Internet clients, etc. usually will not work. This is because the Caller ID is either unavailable or unpredictable. OMG can’t make a match with the predefined Monitor number unless Caller ID is both available and reliable.

  • Can I read the captured data directly from the phone manually, by USB wire, bluetooth etc.?

No. There is simply no way to do this and is part of what keeps the program hidden and discreet. You will need an Internet connection to transfer the contents of the captured data. Either GPRS, WiFi, CDMA or BIS, whichever is appropriate for your Target phone.

  • Are deleted SMS still captured?

OMG will capture all incoming and outgoing events that occur while OMG is running, activated and turned on for the event capturing, even if it is deleted or is never saved in the Target’s own logs. These events will still be captured and forwarded into your web account.

  • Is this software legal?

Purchasing, downloading or owning any type of software is rarely illegal in itself. However it is the responsibility of the user to ascertain and obey all applicable laws in their country, regarding the use of OMG or any software. Conditions may or may not include whether you are installing it onto your own phone or someone else’s, whether or not the Target user has agreed to be monitored, etc.
In any case we cannot be responsible nor can we advise you on such legalities. If you are in doubt, consult your local attorney before using OMG.

  • Can I get someone’s password if I have OMG installed on their phone?

OMG is not that kind of application. We do not record keystrokes or user actions in any way, only the communication coming directly in and out of the phone, and allows the remote listening we call SpyCall. We do not capture any other activities or data from 3rd party applications on the device.

2 Sales

  • How can I get a discount? Do you offer volume discounts?

We do not maintain any ongoing discount codes and cannot provide discounts for single license purchases. Volume discounts are possible after you contact us, we will arrange the details with you.

3 Network Requirements

  • Will OMG work with my Target’s Service Provider network?

It does not matter in which country your Target phone resides and OMG works independent of networks.

4 GPS & Location Tracking

  • Is Location Tracking accurate? Is Location Tracking the same as GPS?

OMG offers the choice of GPS or Cell ID. To use GPS you need a Target phone with integrated GPS functions. For devices that do have GPS hardware, OMG will use GPS positioning, and you can see the actual coordinates of the device in your reports, along with a map of the location. If GPS is not available, then the location is shown as Cell ID. Cell ID can vary from 5m in cities to 3km in rural areas.

  • Can I program Location or GPS Tracking in prefixed intervals?

GPS coordinates can be set to capture at chosen intervals (for GPS enabled devices), but Cell ID Tracking cannot. You can also switch on or off all OMG features at any time with remote commands.
The GPS capture frequency has its own capture setting. This must be changed from the GPS menu in the program settings, from FCTL or by sending the remote command with the setting options you choose.
